TNT Cosmetics FAQs

1. How can I track my order?

Within 1-2 business days of placing your order, you will receive a tracking number via email from our courier partner USPS containing your package tracking information. If you place your order during the weekend or a public holiday, your order will be sent out during the next working day, so you can allow additional days to receive your tracking details.

2. How do I change or cancel my order?

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the option to cancel your order within one hour of purchase by contacting our Customer Service at (909)606-5555.

3. How will my order be shipped?

  1. USPS First Class 2 to 5 days
  2. USPS Priority 2 to 5 days
  3. FedEx ground 2 to 6 days

4. What can I do if my item arrived damaged?

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours to report any damage. After 48 hours we reserve the right to reject any claims of damage. All original packing materials and boxes must be retained for inspection purposes

5. Do you accept international orders?

At the moment, unfortunately we cannot accept any international orders.

6. Do you ship internationally?

TNT Cosmetics does not ship internationally at the moment. Only ships within the Unites States.

7. Are your products vegan?

Most of our products are vegan. Please check under each product description and ingredient list.

8. Is TNT Cosmetics cruelty free?

Our entire product line is cruelty free.

9. Does TNT Cosmetics offer a PRO Discount?

We currently do not offer a PRO discount.

10. Does have a maximum purchase policy?

We limit orders to four (4) of any single item.

11. What payment is accepted on

At we accept the following credit cards: VISA, Master Card and American Express.

13. What if my package gets lost?

We do our best to keep our customers happy. Any orders placed that are $200 or more will require an adult signature upon delivery. Unfortunately, TNT Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or untraceable shipments.
