We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item within the restrictions stated below. Our customer service representatives will work with you to find the best solution for your situation by: replacing the original defective item or providing a refund. Refunds are provided as a credit card refund only.
You may request a return and/or refund on any item(s) within 14 days of receiving the order by emailing us your order number along with the reason you would like to return the item(s).
To be eligible for a return and/or refund the following conditions must be met:
- The item(s) must be returned in its original packaging;
- The item must not be used or opened;
- The item must not be damaged except where the reason for return is that the item is damaged, defective, or broken;
- The item must be returned with its original receipt.
If the above conditions are not met, We reserve the right to reject return and refund.
After you have submitted your request for return or refund, please hold on to all items until further instructions are provided.

We take no responsibility for your shipping fees including any fees payable for return shipping. We take no responsibility for lost or untraceable return shipments.
If an item is received defected, broken, or damaged you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. You will be provided with a return label. Once we receive your item(s), we will ship your new item(s).
Your return or refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the items.
Sale items and items purchased using promo codes are final.

We understand that you may need to cancel your orders for various reasons. However, based on our mode of operations, only orders that have not yet been shipped can be canceled.
If you have received a tracking number for your order by email you cannot cancel or modify your order.
